Job Summary

Flynn Canada Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, metal roofs, and built-up roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair roofing systems using a variety of materials, including asphalt shingles, metal, and built-up roofing systems.
  • Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on roofing techniques and best practices.
  • Work at heights, in noisy environments, and outdoors, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Meet deadlines and work under pressure to ensure projects are completed on time.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in roofing or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Dependability, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
