Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Yarrow Limited Partnership. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by the healthcare team.
  • Assist with household chores and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Requirements:
  • Healthcare Aide Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Immunization records
  • 1-7 months of experience in a healthcare setting
