Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Good Earth Coffeehouse Capital Park. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our café.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
