Job Title: Drive-In Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Drive-In Food Service Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our drive-in team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced drive-in environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards and procedures
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week
