This role involves processing and renewing vehicle registrations, responding to incoming inquiries, and performing various billing-related tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality results within set benchmarks and ensuring accurate responses to client requests.
- Process licensing projects, including lease assignments, name changes, and provincial registration number creation;
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables within set benchmarks;
- Execute service cloud requests, providing detailed and accurate responses;
- Process licensing-related billing accurately and efficiently;
To succeed in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Canadian licensing regulations. Bilingualism is an asset, but not mandatory. Previous experience in the fleet industry and customer service would also be beneficial.
