About the Role

We offer a comprehensive range of solutions that simplify fleet management, enabling our clients to focus on their business goals while knowing their vehicles are in good hands.

This role involves processing and renewing vehicle registrations, responding to incoming inquiries, and performing various billing-related tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality results within set benchmarks and ensuring accurate responses to client requests.

  • Process licensing projects, including lease assignments, name changes, and provincial registration number creation;
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables within set benchmarks;
  • Execute service cloud requests, providing detailed and accurate responses;
  • Process licensing-related billing accurately and efficiently;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Canadian licensing regulations. Bilingualism is an asset, but not mandatory. Previous experience in the fleet industry and customer service would also be beneficial.

Benefits
