Nurse Care Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist in Primary Care. This is a full-time temporary position based out of Indian Head.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe quality nursing care to clients, promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region.
• Work collaboratively with the Manager of the designated area to ensure efficient delivery of services.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent experience.
• Registration or eligibility with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $38,580 to $50,070 per year, commensurate with experience.

Location

The successful candidate will be based out of Indian Head, approximately 120 km east of Regina. The town of Grenfell is located nearby, offering a range of amenities and services.
