Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver - Logistics Specialist to join our team at Meher Transport Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Transportation: Operate straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
- Logistics: Plan and adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions, utilizing computer equipment and GPS technology.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, providing professional and courteous service.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Licenses and Certifications: AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, and Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
As a Truck Driver - Logistics Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often spending extended periods on the road. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
