Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fund Accountant to join our fast-paced Finance organization. This role will play a crucial part in helping us scale our platform and provide exceptional investor and management services worldwide.

  • Collaborate with various teams, senior fund accountants, and the Manager of Fund Accounting to deliver top-notch reporting to private and public investors.
  • Work closely with legal and business teams to administer new series for private equity and healthcare royalty funds, and be actively involved in the fund-raising process.
  • Coordinate with investment teams to close deals, including providing information for KYC and managing the investment funding process.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of cash and investment positions, manage fund cash activities through projections, liquidity analysis, and expense payments management.
  • Manage credit facilities and ensure full compliance with finance statutes and controls.
  • Assist in control assessments, accounting classification for portfolio investments, and valuations of level 3 investments.
  • Coordinate audit activities with external auditors and assist in preparing audited financial statements.
  • Oversee tax compliance process, working with tax consultants to ensure timely filing of tax returns and regulatory filings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Outstanding academic achievements and professional qualifications.
  • Experience in private equity funds is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas concisely.
Benefits and Perks

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
