Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Developing Business Architectures: Experience in developing business architectures, enterprise architecture methodologies, and GO-ITS standards.
  • Experience with OPS Enterprise Architecture Governance Process: Experience with the OPS Enterprise Architecture governance process, including Governance Point (AGP).
  • Familiarity with Information Management, Privacy, and Records Keeping Principles: Familiarity with information management, privacy, and records keeping principles and concepts as they pertain to business architecture.
  • Familiarity with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA): Familiarity with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards as they pertain to business architecture.
  • Ability to Design/Propose Business Architectures: Ability to design and propose business architectures that leverage latest cutting-edge technologies.
  • Familiarity with Service Design Principles: Familiarity with service design principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Modeling Tools: Knowledge of enterprise architecture modeling tools, including Power Designer, Sparx Enterprise Architect, and Orbus.
  • Ability to Support Procurement Documentation: Ability to support procurement documentation, including Request for Bid.
