Job Summary

HortiBeauce Aménagement is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planting, organization, and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns to ensure high-quality results.
  • Organize and coordinate the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. You will be required to work 40 hours per week and may be required to work in a variety of weather conditions.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and equipment.
Language

This role requires fluency in French and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
