About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Honest Cleaning Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and balanced.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, including calculating and preparing cheques for employees.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and other accounting software.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail.
