Salesforce Administrator

At Achievers Corp., we're passionate about leveraging disruptive technology to drive employee success. As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Employee Experience Platform, which supports over 4 million global users across 170 countries.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with functional leaders and teams to design and implement solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and guidelines.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership to other CRM team members on multiple Salesforce projects and enhancements.
- Own complex projects, performing detailed analysis of internal stakeholders' business requirements.
- Develop end-to-end solution designs, including integrations with systems outside the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Establish and implement change control and best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.
- Identify production risks and areas for improvement, prioritizing and facilitating successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive accountability and standardization for Lead-to-Contract initiatives across systems, processes, and data management.
- 3+ years of experience in administration or developing solutions on Salesforce.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications and proprietary software.
- Strong understanding of data structures and data modeling.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff, and executive management.
- Flexible with a demonstrated ability to embrace change.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
- Salesforce Advanced Administration Certification.
- Salesforce Application Architect and/or Technical Architect certification.
