Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential Property Maintenance Manager to oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities. The successful candidate will lead a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that all areas meet high standards of safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Attract and train reliable cleaners who share our commitment to quality service.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Plan and manage work schedules to ensure seamless coverage during peak periods.
  • Quality Control: Regularly inspect facilities to guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support Team Members: Assist cleaning staff in their duties when needed, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet tight deadlines. This role requires physical stamina, manual dexterity, and the ability to stand for extended periods. A combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting is also expected.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and a retirement plan. We value flexibility and offer a permanent position with 30-35 hours per week.
