System Planning Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled System Planning Specialist to join our team at Ontario Health. In this role, you will work closely with the System Strategy, Planning, Design and Implementation Team and the Capacity, Access and Flow team to act as the Ontario Health lead on monitoring implementation and ongoing quality improvement activities related to health-care planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the advice and input from the planning perspective to the development of health-care system funding plans and managing project plans and budget allocation for planning and integration activities.
- Communicating emerging issues in the community that require a planning/development response and using appropriate planning approaches, such as needs-based predictive models and community input.
