Job Title: Construction Helper

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Construction Helper to join our team at IMAAN CONSTRUCTION GROUP.

Job Summary:

The Construction Helper will assist our construction team with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, instructing apprentices, and performing routine maintenance work.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Instruct apprentices on construction techniques and safety protocols
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and tools
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Work Environment:

The Construction Helper will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality. The work site will be outdoors, with exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
