Job Title: Construction Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Ballagan Construction & Framing Ltd.

Job Summary

The Construction Helper will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites

Work Environment

The Construction Helper will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and be physically fit to handle heavy loads.
