About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Magic Ground Ltd. as a Surface Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish
  • Operating power vibrators to compact concrete and meet specifications
  • Leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth requirements
  • Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and extend their lifespan
  • Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
  • Estimating costs and materials for projects
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires working in a physically demanding environment with dusty and noisy conditions. You will be required to handle heavy loads, bend, crouch, and kneel frequently. Attention to detail is essential in this position.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in concrete finishing
  • Permanent employment

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
