The Waseskun Healing Community is seeking a skilled Healing Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with our spiritual Elders, program staff, and administration to provide a supportive environment for men in our care.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing individualized healing plans based on each resident's life story and experiences;
  • Integrating the objectives of each plan to track progress and ensure successful reintegration into their communities;
  • Collaborating with our partners, including Correctional Services Canada and Quebec, to ensure seamless communication and coordination;
  • Preparing reports and summaries to support our team's efforts;
  • Working with our team to develop family therapy sessions and support successful reintegration;
  • Other duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Strong analytical and summarization skills;
  • Ability to make informed recommendations and decisions;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment that balances traditional healing with analysis and risk management.
