Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Product Governance Manager to join our team at TD Bank. This role will be responsible for leading the curation and management of our Product shelf, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as expertise in Product Due Diligence frameworks. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Canadian investment dealer industry and be able to take initiative in producing results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and maintenance of approved products, product due diligence policies and procedures, risk assessment, product monitoring, and ongoing product governance.
  • Act as a point of contact for product-related inquiries from internal partners and advisors.
  • Evaluate and enhance the Product approval standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and TD Bank requirements.
  • Design and optimize comprehensive shelf controls, including an end-to-end mapping of current state and roadmap for enhancements.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of various Product types and Product Due Diligence frameworks.
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • CFA Charterholder.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a requirement.
Salary Range

$140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
