Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Stone Countertop Installer to join our team at FLOFORM Countertops. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing stone and solid surface countertops on-site, ensuring a high level of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remove existing countertops and plumbing, if required, and prepare surfaces for new installations.
  • Install stone and solid surface countertops, adhering to company standards and specifications.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to installations and resolve them efficiently.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations.
  • Regularly review and follow up on installation progress, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Related education and/or experience in a similar industry or field.
  • Experience in construction, masonry, or trades, with a basic understanding of plumbing.
  • Strong physical abilities, including the ability to lift up to 200 pounds with assistance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
