About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Excavation Specialist to join our team at LCL Excavation (2006) Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient excavation of sites for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine work requirements and specifications
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring accurate and precise results
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Operate equipment such as concrete saws, trampers, and hand tools, with a focus on efficiency and safety
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in excavation and construction
  • Strong knowledge of water mains, irrigation and drainage, and sewer systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
