Senior Procurement Director

Impact (IAA Company) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Manager to drive savings and manage a team responsible for the procurement of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings and improve supplier relationships
- Lead a team of procurement professionals to manage procurement processes and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop procurement strategies
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to negotiate contracts and agreements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement leadership roles, with a focus on strategic sourcing and team management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
