As a Senior HR Consultant, Strategy & Integration, you will lead the planning, coordination, rollout, and delivery of projects and programs to enhance client service levels by identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
Main Responsibilities:- Driving Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Conduct research on process re-engineering to enhance service quality, contribute to the development and implementation of P&E policies that promote efficiency and effectiveness, and liaise with all P&E units to ensure proposed program changes are strategically assessed and proactive solutions are recommended.
- Strategic Project Execution & Change Management: Organize, plan, and manage projects while adhering to scheduling constraints, define clear project goals, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Keep key stakeholders informed with regular updates and trend identification, collaborate with various areas within P&E to provide the Strategy & Integration team with accurate information.
- Empowering Teams Through Leadership & Growth: Provide strategic recommendations to support the Manager in planning and service delivery, supervise, motivate, and train employees to foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes teamwork and continuous learning.
- Possess a strong background in project management and implementing change management plans.
- Have a solid understanding of relevant human resources practices, collective agreements, and employment legislation.
- Be an excellent communicator and presenter with outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Hold a post-secondary education in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience in human resources.
