Job Description: Supervisor - Transportation Department

At CAN STATES EXPRESS inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Supervisor to join our Transportation Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolving work problems to improve productivity and product quality.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role and possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to train workers in duties and policies, conduct performance reviews, and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.

We offer a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines, where attention to detail is crucial. The successful candidate will work under pressure, handling heavy loads and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

The job requires accurate and reliable individuals who are team players, with a strong focus on client satisfaction. The work schedule is 35 hours per week, and the language of work is English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and oversee operational logistics
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Resolve work problems and improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, conduct performance reviews, and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
