Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Delta Hotels Sherbrooke Conference Centre. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks according to specified recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, including answering questions and making recommendations
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to management
  • Process all payment methods and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Count bank at end of shift and complete designated cashier reports
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
