At Solutions Expert Inc., we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in identifying current and prospective staffing requirements. Your expertise will be essential in providing information and services to employees, including employee assistance and counseling. You will also advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, and coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates. Additionally, you will advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties. If you have a strong background in human resources and are looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
* Provide information and services to employees
* Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
* Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree
