Key Holder Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Holder to join our team at Miami Beauty Supply. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, managing store inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving and processing shipments, counting and reconciling inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
- Process transactions and handle customer payments in a secure and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote products.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Public transportation is available. The work environment is fast-paced and requires standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
