Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Raj Painting & Construction Ltd. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work at various locations and may be exposed to extreme temperatures and weather conditions.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
