About the Role

This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your specialized trade skills on a wide variety of construction projects with Mavin Construction LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and quality project completion by overseeing and coordinating various construction activities.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Attend internal meetings and contribute to discussions to ensure effective project planning and coordination.
  2. Coordinate with the Project Superintendent to ensure accurate time input for each pay period and complete expense reports when necessary.
  3. Participate in kickoff meetings and assist the Project Superintendent in setting up job sites, including arranging dumpster locations, temporary utilities, and office trailer placement.
  4. Serve as a guide and leader for the internal team, subcontractors, and vendors, promoting a team-oriented environment and positive relationships.
Key Qualifications
  • Decisive, Quality-Driven, and Thorough approach to work.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all team members, customers, and vendors.
  • Ongoing OSHA 30 certification.
