Food Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Taste of Spice Inc. as a permanent employee.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in a variety of methods, including cash, credit, and debit cards.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Provide information about menu items and make recommendations to customers.
- Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers have a positive dining experience.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
The primary language of work is English.
Hours of WorkThe successful candidate will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
