Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and greet them as they enter the store.
  • Manage login credentials on Point of Sale (POS) terminals according to company procedures.
  • Verify floats of cannabis at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and recommend products to customers.
  • Collaborate with Store/Assistant Managers to maintain store operations.
  • Report any suspicious behaviors or abusive customers.
  • Contribute to general housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid Cannabis Retail Certification - CannSell License.
  • Hold a clean Criminal Background Check prior to start date.
  • Maintain a minimum 2-3 years of Retail Experience in sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and passion for cannabis and accessories.
  • Be available for shift work according to business needs.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess a team player mentality.
  • Able to compute basic mathematical problems.
  • Show attention to detail.
