We are seeking an experienced Oral Health Specialist to join our team at Gladstone Dental Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating services for patient care, including clinical preventative hygiene services such as scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening.

You will also serve as an oral health educator, introducing new preventative techniques and counseling patients to maintain good oral health.

In addition, you will establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on their expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behavior.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree
  • Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing
  • Valid CPR certification
