Dining Room Operations Manager

AFG Management Inc is seeking a skilled Dining Room Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Plan and coordinate daily dining room operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dining room staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment for customers and staff.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
- Catering and Events: Coordinate catering and events, working with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Work Conditions: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
