Job Summary

Perform various laboratory tests to determine chemical and physical characteristics or composition of materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate laboratory equipment and instruments with precision.
  • Record test results accurately and write comprehensive test reports.
  • Clean and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare chemical solutions as required for testing purposes.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but relevant internships and laboratory experience are also considered.
Language Skills:
  • The ability to read and interpret documents effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to speak effectively before groups.
Work Environment:
  • Ability to stand and use hands to feel objects.
  • Talk or hear and smell.
  • Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
