Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Aircraft Avionics Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily monitoring, inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of aircraft electronic systems. Your expertise will ensure that our fleet meets the highest standards of airworthiness, adhering to Transport Canada regulations and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft avionics systems to identify potential issues or malfunctions.
  • Diagnose and repair electronic system faults using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in avionics technology and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Valid Avionics certification or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on avionics systems.
  • Possession of a D or DA certification and CIZR card is essential.
  • Familiarity with AMOS software is an asset.
  • Demonstrated expertise in avionics techniques and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Strong teamwork skills, resourcefulness, and initiative.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is highly advantageous.
