About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at LEGEND TIRE CANADA INC. as an Equipment Inspector. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and inspecting equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Inspection: Use your technical expertise to identify and diagnose issues with diesel engines and equipment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including adjusting and repairing equipment, and replacing defective parts.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide detailed reports to management.
  • Quality Control: Verify and repair emission control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other routine maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
