About this Opportunity

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a dedicated Merchandising Sales Associate to join our team. This temporary part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, interacting with customers and contributing to the success of our business.

The estimated salary for this role is $21.00 per hour, plus an additional $0.62 per kilometer for travel expenses between stores. With 16-24 hours of work per week, this position provides a stable income with potential for increased hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and replenish products on store shelves and displays by transporting merchandise between the backroom and front-of-store using manual or powered equipment.
  • Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards, maintaining product signage, cleaning the display area, and securing damaged or defective product.
  • Repetitively lift, carry, and position product weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, as well as consistently kneel, squat, and reach above the head.
  • Manage the backroom by organizing stock, identifying, monitoring, and reporting inventory levels, evaluating and processing damaged product, re-packing product, and completing any required paperwork.
  • Follow all Coca-Cola Canada Bottling and store policies regarding the backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
Qualifications
  • A valid class 5 provincial driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for use during working hours are required.
  • A minimum one-year experience working in grocery, retail, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks is also beneficial.
