About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Supervisor to join our team at Rickys All Day Grill. As an Executive Chef Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards, and supervising a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:- To establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- To supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training them in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- To estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- To maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- To prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations.
- To supervise and check assembly of trays.
- To establish work schedules for the kitchen staff.
- A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
