Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, implementation, and retention.

Build and enhance strategic business partnerships by engaging with clients' key decision-makers, driving client retention, and maximizing service utilization.

Establish trusted advisor relationships to drive continued value from our services.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity and documenting best practices.

Communicate effectively with internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention, and drive growth.

Review the customer journey, identifying areas for improvement and taking a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals.

Contribute new ideas to enhance our service offerings and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven track record in business development, including cold calling, setting appointments, building relationships, presenting, and closing deals.

Approximately 60-70% travel required based on client needs.

5+ years of sales and account management experience.

Strong knowledge of the sales planning process.

Ability to interface with all levels of clients, from entry-level to senior executives.

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.

Strong negotiation skills with a proven closing ability.

High energy and genuine passion for sales.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.

A degree in marketing or a business-related field is an asset.
