Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at KFC and Taco Bell. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure that our customers receive prompt and courteous service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues that arise.
- Manage Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner to ensure that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we have a clear understanding of our business operations.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management to ensure that they are informed of our business operations and can make informed decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Language: English
- Work Setting: Restaurant
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
