Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Engineer Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes through effective planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to drive project execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. Your expertise in project management, systems engineering, and technical leadership will enable you to navigate complex technical challenges and make informed decisions to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including work breakdown structures, budgets, and schedules.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.
  • Make informed technical decisions, leveraging your expertise in systems engineering and project management.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a post-secondary education in Engineering or a related field.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in project engineering or systems engineering.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills, including proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Hold a valid Canadian passport.
