We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at Detail Flooring. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality flooring solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Installation and Measurement
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered with precision, ensuring accurate layouts and minimizing waste
  • Cut and fasten underlay and underpadding to the highest standards, guaranteeing a seamless fit
  • Install carpeting on floors efficiently, paying close attention to detail and customer satisfaction
  • Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings with ease, adapting to various materials and patterns
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify damaged floor coverings and perform necessary repairs
  • Estimation and Planning
  • Accurately estimate costs and materials required for each project, considering factors like surface size, material type, and design complexity
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the flooring industry, preferably in a related role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum educational requirement
Working Conditions

As a Flooring Specialist with Detail Flooring, you can expect to work on a permanent basis, approximately 30-40 hours per week. Our ideal candidate is proficient in English and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
