Job Description: As a dedicated member of our Unicorn Products Ltd team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation fleet. Your expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair will be essential in keeping our trucks on the road, safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular brake adjustments, perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, and oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to prevent unexpected breakdowns and minimize downtime.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete and maintain records of vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs, including accident or incident reports, inspection reports, and maintenance and repair reports.
  • Communication: Utilize citizens band (CB) radio and other communication systems to coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless transportation operations and achieve company goals.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess excellent oral communication skills, be flexible, reliable, and a team player.
  • Work Environment: Work in various locations, including local areas, and be willing to relocate for this position.

Requirements:

  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 20 to 30 hours per week.
