About the Role

Swissport is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cargo Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of air cargo through our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Air Cargo: Safely load and unload air cargo from trucks, while maintaining the required safety and quality standards.
  • Warehouse Organization: Organize and maintain warehouse facilities, including storage areas and equipment.
  • Paperwork and Documentation: Ensure accurate and complete paperwork related to cargo, including preparation and palletization as needed.
  • Cargo Handling and Delivery: Ensure proper handling and delivery of cargo, including operation of related equipment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Follow Dangerous Goods Requirements and Regulations, as well as Swissport Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
  • Work Permit: Eligible to work in Canada with a valid, open work permit.
  • Language: Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.
  • Work Schedule: Flexible to work different shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Skills: Ability to work under pressure, customer focus, quality awareness, and ability to work in inclement weather.
