Brandt Truck & Trailer Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Coordinator to support our designated branches in Regina, Saskatchewan.

This role is crucial for the overall success of Brandt Tractor by delivering daily sales activity support and information to our branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management
    • Assign stock to sales and rentals, while leveling wholegood inventory across divisions of responsibility.
    • Coordinate logistics with PDI and Traffic departments.
    • Report sales details to senior leadership teams.
  • Inventory Record Maintenance
    • Use the Record 360 program to keep accurate inventory records.
    • Maintain machine details, including hours, location, notes, and specs.
    • Train and support staff on the Record 360 system.
  • Order Placement
    • Place orders with vendors and maintain order details.
    • Respond to branch questions on order date details.
    • Work with vendors on order change requests.
  • Inventory Creation
    • Match vendor invoices to POs.
    • Apply GL coding knowledge for various products.
    • Create new inventory records in business systems.
  • Other Duties
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Analytics, or similar discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong customer support skills.
  • Knowledge or experience within ERP systems.
  • Must be an analytical thinker and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong work ethic, willing to put in extra time as required.
