We are seeking a skilled and passionate Microblading/Permanent Makeup Esthetician to join our professional team at Aqua Spa Nuance. The ideal candidate will be experienced in microblading, cosmetic tattooing, lip blush, permanent eyeliner, and related beauty treatments, with a commitment to providing top-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Services: Perform microblading and cosmetic tattooing services, ensuring high-quality, safe, and hygienic practices.
  • Client Consultations: Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and provide personalized service recommendations.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing expert advice and aftercare instructions.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Stay Current: Stay current with beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer clients the latest services and recommendations.
  • Client Records: Maintain accurate client records, including service details and preferences.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and professional spa environment.
Qualifications:
  • Licensure and Certification: Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist with certification in Microblading and/or Permanent Makeup.
  • Experience: Proven experience in microblading, cosmetic tattooing, and related beauty treatments.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of facial structure, skin care, and color theory. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with an eye for aesthetics and precision.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Ability to follow sanitation and safety guidelines strictly.
  • Attitude: Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Skills:
  • Additional Beauty Treatments: Knowledge of additional beauty treatments such as eyebrow shaping, lash extensions, or skincare.
  • Microblading Tools and Techniques: Experience using different microblading tools and techniques.
  • Ongoing Education: Ongoing education in beauty services and trends.
