Job Title: Kitchen Equipment Cleaner

At Accor, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our culinary team as a Kitchen Equipment Cleaner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen equipment, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, ovens, and refrigerators.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dishroom and storage areas.
  • Assist culinary staff with dish-ups and plate set-ups.
  • Ensure Banquet plate set-ups are accurate and completed daily.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the Cantina and ensuring Cantina dishes are cleaned and restocked.
  • Report any maintenance concerns or guest issues to management.
  • Adhere to Fairmont Hotels & Resorts grooming standards.
  • Complete assigned daily tasks and report any tasks not finished.
Requirements:
  • Must possess outstanding guest service skills with a professional presentation.
  • Must possess a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous Stewarding/Kitchen experience preferred.
  • Must be capable of meeting the physical demands of the position.
  • Must be flexible with working hours.
  • Proficient in English, written, and verbal.
