About the Role:

Gillfor Distribution is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Mt. Pearl branch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for championing all product lines, maintaining and developing existing accounts, and promoting manufacturer's programs in the Mt. Pearl area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute market pull-through activities and drive sales results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in sales or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
