Job Title: Retail Sales Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Clerk to join our team at NEO MART. As a Retail Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including creating displays and arranging product.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
