Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Guac Mexi Grill is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to staff, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for restaurant operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a focus on fast-paced service.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with a physically demanding workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Work Conditions:
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
